I am not an expert, nor claim to be one, but what I do know is that we are incredibly fortunate in Aotearoa to have access to some incredible free support services. Here are some that I have connected with in my journey to recovery that have quite simply put, saved my life.
CADS (Community Alcohol and Drug Services)
When you’re ready to talk about your alcohol and other drug use or you’re concerned about someone else CADS is here to help. It is a free service that will work with you to achieve sobriety.
