Kia ora. From the outside, life might seem perfect. Successful, happy, outgoing... but inside, it's a different story. I want you to know you're not alone in that feeling. This is my journey to conquer addiction and mental health struggles, and I believe we can do it together.
My story
There's no dramatic backstory here. I grew up in a loving home, with every opportunity. Yet, addiction found me. This blog is about being honest, breaking down the walls, and rebuilding from the ground up. It's about confronting the shadows and finding the light again.
